Great sounding pressing, crisp and clear, a fantastic album. When I listen to this, I think of what it must have been like in 1969 when this record came out and listening to it for the first time. It must have been a mind blowing experience. There was nothing like it at the time.

I have this copy, including the replica backstage pass, but did not buy it at Walmart. Did anybody else buy this copy somewhere other than Walmart?

I never expected Walmart to have such good reissues. The only problem I have with this is the giant sticker on the front of all Led Zeppelin copies. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE THERE?! Other than that, this is phenomenal. Happy Record Store Day!

Love these wal mart reissues. I have every single one of them. Had to go to ebay to get this one. I got most of them during the wal mart black friday $15.00 sale. They all sound phenomenal and are flat, clean, and dynamic. This was the last one I needed and I finally got it today. 😎 So rad.

This 1969 debut was my first Led Zeppelin record (yes, as in that heavy vinyl thing that is played on a turntable). I had just discovered rock music in 1978-1979 and this was one of my first rock albums. This is still probably one of my favorite Zeppelin albums - it really is a nice debut that has all of the elements of the Led Zeppelin sound intact.

The sheer range of tone colors and musical styles on this album is breathtaking. It has bone-crushing distortion on the electric guitar (Communication Breakdown), plaintive acoustic sections (Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You), psychedelic/progressive/experimental sections, interesting tunings on the acoustic guitar and varied instrumentation (tablas) on Black Mountain Side, and above all else, highly electrified blues. Although I love the whole album, I am particularly fond of Dazed and Confused and How Many More Times.

This remastered version of the album is awesome. Nice LP format, photos of the group in a small booklet and excellent sound quality.

All in all, this is my favorite Led Zeppelin album. I appreciate the warmness of the sound and the directness of the compositions.

I’m no professional, but this pressing sounded phenomenal and full of life. It was flat, clean, super quiet.

How does this sound? Is it just the same mastering as the last release in 2014?
